Rules for Buyers
These rules explain the responsibilities that help keep PVAMARKET purchases clear, secure and easier to resolve.
1. Review Before Purchase
Read the title, description, price, quantity, delivery method and seller notes before ordering. Make sure the product and quantity shown at checkout are what you intend to purchase.
2. Protect Your Account
Keep your PVAMARKET login and wallet secure. Do not share your marketplace password or allow unauthorized access to your account.
3. Check Orders Promptly
After purchase, review the order information and delivered material promptly. If something is missing or materially different from the listing, use the order support or dispute option.
4. Use Disputes Responsibly
Disputes are for genuine transaction problems. Describe the issue clearly and provide relevant information. False, abusive or repetitive disputes may be reviewed by administration.
5. Keep Order Communication On-Site
Using the marketplace order and dispute tools creates a clearer record for the buyer, seller and administration if assistance becomes necessary.
6. Refunds and Resolutions
Refund or resolution eligibility depends on the circumstances, listing, delivery status and evidence available for the order. Digital orders are not automatically refundable simply because a buyer changes their mind after fulfillment.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, payment abuse, harassment, unauthorized system access and attempts to manipulate orders, disputes or wallet balances are prohibited and may result in account restrictions.
