Rules for Sellers
These rules set the minimum standards for listings, inventory, fulfillment, order management and buyer support on PVAMARKET.
1. Accurate Listings
Titles, descriptions, prices, categories, images, quantity and delivery information must accurately represent the product. Misleading claims or intentionally hidden limitations are not allowed.
2. Maintain Available Inventory
Only list inventory that is actually available for sale. Keep stock current and remove unavailable items promptly. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of inventory submitted to their store.
3. Automatic and Manual Delivery
Automatic delivery is the default where supported. Sellers may select manual delivery when necessary, but should state a realistic delivery time and fulfill the order within that period.
4. Six-Hour Payment Hold
New seller earnings remain pending for six hours. If no unresolved dispute blocks settlement, the eligible seller earning is released after the hold and the order moves to Completed.
5. Handle Disputes Professionally
Respond to genuine disputes through the marketplace conversation with relevant information. Earnings associated with an open dispute may remain held until resolution. Harassment or pressure to close a dispute is prohibited.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests depend on available seller balance and marketplace review. Pending earnings and funds connected to unresolved disputes are not available for withdrawal.
7. Prohibited Listings and Conduct
Sellers must not offer illegal goods or services, stolen material, malware, fraudulent financial products, or content prohibited by applicable law or marketplace policy. Manipulation of orders, balances, inventory or platform systems is prohibited.
8. Store Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for their store information, listings, fulfillment and customer communication. Repeated inaccurate listings, delivery failures or policy violations may result in product removal or store restrictions.
