These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules for using PVAMARKET as a buyer, seller or visitor. By using the marketplace, you agree to follow these terms together with the applicable buyer and seller rules.
1. Marketplace Role
PVAMARKET provides a marketplace platform where approved sellers can publish digital product listings and registered buyers can place orders. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfillment of their own listings. Marketplace tools help record transactions, manage payments and support dispute review.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep their account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may be restricted when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, manipulation of marketplace systems or repeated policy violations.
3. Orders and Payments
Before placing an order, buyers should review the product description, quantity, delivery method and price. Marketplace wallet deductions and seller earnings are recorded against the relevant order. Seller earnings may be subject to a payment hold and dispute process before becoming available.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must describe products accurately, maintain valid inventory and fulfill orders according to the delivery method stated in the listing. Sellers must not use misleading information or offer products that violate applicable law or marketplace restrictions.
5. Disputes and Resolutions
Buyers and sellers should use the order dispute system for genuine transaction problems. Marketplace administration may review the order record and dispute conversation when intervention is requested. A resolution may include release of held seller funds, cancellation, refund or another appropriate account adjustment.
6. Prohibited Activity
Fraud, malware distribution, stolen goods, unauthorized system access, harassment, payment abuse, manipulation of wallet balances or other unlawful activity is prohibited. PVAMARKET may remove listings or restrict accounts when necessary to protect the marketplace.
7. Availability and Changes
Marketplace features may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Policies may also be revised as platform functionality changes. Continued use of PVAMARKET after an updated policy is published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Contact and Support
For order problems, use the marketplace order, dispute or support tools. These tools provide a transaction-linked record that helps buyers, sellers and administrators review the issue.
